Shipping policy

Protein Snacks have shipping times of 2-14 days depending on availability.

Weight sets ship in 3-4 weeks and then ships UPS ground.  See FAQ for estimate.

Aerobic Step currently has a 2 week lead time before shipping and then ships UPS ground.  See FAQ for estimate.

Shirts typically ship in 2 weeks time.

For other orders, please allow up to 90 days for your order to arrive. If more than 90 days have passed please email us at info@gainseveryday.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
